Guidelines for booking a show

1.) We must check with the presenting location to ensure they have the availability for your group, so be sure to jot down a few dates and times that interest you. This will save you time if your first choice is not available, and you will be able to accomplish more on your first call.

2.) You will receive a contract within two weeks. Read the contract; sign it; and return the signed copy with a $100.00 deposit to secure your reservation.

3.) Your final head count is due 48 hours prior to your event so the presenter can properly prepare your meals. Once this count is verified, you will be billed on that amount.

4.) Your full payment is due the day of the event by check or money order.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the event date in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. Refunds of deposits will be received approximately two weeks following the cancellation date. Cancellations due to weather are not refundable, but can be transferable to another show date.

For overnight groups we are proud to refer you to the Nassau Inn located in the heart of Palmer Square in downtown Princeton NJ, just 10 miles from the Cranbury Inn theatre. There are 203 guestrooms and suites which combine 18th Century elegance with 21st Century comfort. Nassau Inn is also pet-friendly, has three beautiful lobbies and common areas with wireless internet access and a patio overlooking Palmer Square for your pleasure. The hotel is ideally located adjacent to three parking garages, across the street from Princeton University,and walking distance from all the shops and restaurants downtown. The Yankee Doodle Tap Room, located on the first floor of the Inn,, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails daily as well as room service and outdoor dining (coming this summer).
